2. Response to Takedown Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Takedown Notice, we will:

  • Review and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the user who uploaded the content of the removal or restriction.

3. Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or restricted in error, you may submit a Counter-Notification. This notice must include the following:

  • Your Contact Information: Full name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the Material: A description of the material that was removed or restricted, including its location prior to removal.
  • Statement of Good Faith: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or in the district where our company is located) if you reside outside the United States.
  • Your Signature: A physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, Creatistory.com has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers.
