Ingredients:
β 4 filet mignon steaks (6 oz each)
β 8 shrimp, peeled and deveined
β 1 lobster tail, meat removed and chopped
β 2 tbsp butter
β 1 tbsp olive oil
β 1 cup heavy cream
β 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
β 1/2 tsp garlic powder
β 1/4 tsp salt
β 1/4 tsp black pepper
β Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Filet Mignon:
Season each steak with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Set aside to rest.
- Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, melt the butter and cook the shrimp until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- SautΓ© the Lobster:
Add the lobster meat to the skillet and sautΓ© for 1-2 minutes until tender.
- Make the Cream Sauce:
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for about 3 minutes, then stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Combine:
Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet, stirring to coat them in the creamy lobster sauce.
- Serve:
Plate the filet mignon steaks and generously spoon the shrimp and lobster cream sauce over each. Garnish with fresh parsley.
