Ingredients:

For the Lobster:
– 2 lobster tails
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
– 1 tsp paprika
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, for garnish
– Lemon wedges, for serving
For the Scallops:
– 1/2 lb sea scallops, patted dry
– 2 tbsp unsalted butter
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:
Lobster:
1. Prepare Lobster Tails: Use kitchen shears to cut along the top of each shell and pull the lobster meat up to rest on top.
2. Garlic Butter: In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush over the lobster meat.
3. Broil Lobster: Place on a baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes, basting with garlic butter halfway through. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.

2. Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic, cooking for 1 minute. Return scallops to the pan, coating them in the garlic butter.
Serve:
Plate with lobster and scallops together, drizzle with garlic butter, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
